Another interview with myself...
The questions are from Carol. Thanks for sending them!
1.What do you like about YA novels?
They are really easy to relate to and tend to be more developed in the plot and character, then quite a few adult fiction. Also that we all have had that crush, class, or something in the book that is somehow nostalgic to me.
2. How do you choose what you're going to read next?
I mostly just grab a book randomly. While, I do keep in mind release date, due date, book clubs, and what I am in the mood for.
3. Are you an inspiring author? If so, what type of books do you like to write?
Yes, I am. I would love to write Paranormal, Fantasy, and just General YA Fiction(My current WIP).
4. What, in a book, turns you off?
In a series, when they explain what happened in previous books ten+ times. Quiches. Something that doesn't add up science wise. Badly done flashbacks/paranormal events. Lack of cultural references. When a book make no sense, but you have to keep reading since it is the last in a series and the first three books were pretty good or so you thought until you get to the crap-ist book in a while. Lack of action. Characters that are Mary Stu or Gary Stu. This list could go on for a long time..
5. What do you like about your blog?
I like meeting other YA blogger through it. Comments are always nice. I like reviewing books and sometimes getting reccomendations.
1. If you want to be interviewed, leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
2. I will respond by emailing you five questions. (I get to pick thequestions).
3. You will update your blog with the answers to the questions and let me know when you have posted it, so I can link it.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interviewsomeone else in the same post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions.
Peace out, Sarah.

Bookshelf Meme
I got tagged by Zoe (Go Subscride to her, she is amazing. )
1. Tag 3-5 people, so the fun keeps going!2. Leave a comment at the original Post at A Striped Armchair, so that Eva can collect everyone’s answers.
3. If you leave a comment and link back to Eva as the meme’s creator, she will enter you in a book giveaway contest! She has a whole shelf devoted to giveaway books that you’ll be able to choose from, or a bookmooch point if you prefer.
4. Remember that this is all about enjoying books as physical objects, so feel free to describe the exact book you’re talking about, down to that warping from being dropped in the bath water…
1. the book that’s been on your shelves the longest:
Charlotte's Web or Bride to Terabithia. I don't really have any picture books on my shelf, because those have given away. I love those two books.
2. A book that reminds you of something specific in your life (a person, a place, a time, etc.):
My bible, I got it when I turned 10 and I was so happy to get it. Looking for Alaska, it was one of the books that got me back in to reading when I was really sick. The 1st time, it took me three days, but I was on codeine and I sleep a lot on that medicine.
3. a book you acquired in some interesting way (gift, serendipity in a used bookstore, prize, etc.):
Every time, I have surgery. My mom give me a book or two. I got City of Ashes, Thriteen Reason Why, Let's get Lost, The Host, Bloom, Revelations, and a few other books.
I also found a copy of Octavian The Nothing Vol. II in like May of the last year. I still have yet to read it.
4. the most recent addition to your shelves:
I just bought The Elite on firday, because I got In Too Deep in the mail. They are on my to read next list.
5. a book that’s been with you to the most places:
Harry Potter, I have read these books so many times. I can't explain how amazing they are. Just read them and trust me.
6. a bonus book that you want to talk about but doesn’t fit into the other questions:
Twilight, does anyone else love yet hate this book? Discuss in the comments.

I Love Your Blog Award!
I got the I Love Your Blog award by Allie from Just Listen Thanks Allie! That made my day. I found out about some very bad blood work and a few other things. =)Next order of business on this blog post...
After receiving the award you are supposed to pay it forward:
1) Add the logo of your award to your blog.
2) Add a link to the person who awarded it to you.
3) Nominate at least 7 other blogs.
4) Add links to those blogs on your blog.
5) Leave a message for your nominees on their blogs.
So I nominate:
1. Zoe from Zoe's Book Reviews... She is a total sweetheart and is so nice. She is also a nerdfighter.
2. Alea from Pop Culture Junkie... Her blog is amazing and she is so nice on Twitter. Yay for 25 year olds reading YA. I can't wait to hear her opinion of Looking For Alaska.
3. Carol from Booklover-Carol's Reviews... She does amazing reviews and runs great contest. I though she already had this award. She is also so helpful and nice.
4. Readergirlz... Do I even have to explain this? It is ran by the amazing divas and postergirlz.
5. Mrs. Magoo... Once again amazing reviews. I love her Movie Monday Feature. =)
6. Erin from Miss Erin andBackstage Musings ... Erin is so amazing and talented. I am glad to count her as a friend. She also has been reviewer for so long. She is a legend in the book blogging world. You should tell her to break a Leg in I remember Mama.
7. Holly from Brimstone Soup... Holly is so awesome and so is her blog. I can not wait to read her debut YA novel, A Light That Never Goes Out and her second novel that she is currently working on.
I follow 40+ blogs and you all deserve it. These are just seven blogs that I don't think have been nominated and really deserve it.
Peace out, Sarah.
