Reasons I am waiting on this:
1. Um... Prequel of Graceling
2. It has a gorgeous cover. Though I like the UK verison more.
3. The summary sounds really good.
4. There is a lot of Hype already.
5. Kristin Cashore has a great blog and is a great writer
