What I Secretly Love...

I have a secret love... for horror movies. I know that it sounds odd, but I love movies that make you jump out of your seat or suddenly feel like you have to go to the restroom. One of the first horror movies that I saw was Nightmare on Elm Street. This movie was so scary, when I saw it at eight years old. I then saw all of the sequels. At eleven, I saw The Exorcist by myself. It is the best horror movie ever(Let's not talk about the sequels...) I rarely love remakes, but Dawn of The Dead(2004) is one of the most amazing zombies movies that I have ever seen. Recently, they started remaking old horror movies and one of them is Nightmare on Elm Street. Anyways, here is the trailer, I hope you enjoy. It looks pretty awesome!

  2. I love them too and like Jenn mentioned, I especailly love psychological thrillers. The stuff that makes you think in my opinion is the best. I love a good and unexpected twist! I'm not a fan of horror movies like SAW though. The whole torture thing is horrible.

The classics are good though like Nightmare On Elm Street as you mentioned. The remake looks pretty well done. I like how Freddy's face looks more realistic in this one as opposed to the original.

  3. I love scary movies but only the ones from the 70s and 80s with low budgets and bad special effects. I can never get anyone to watch with me though... :-P
