Aerin Renning is a scarred fugitive. A complete stranger gives her a second chance. Dane Madousin is a rebellious son of privilege. On the surface, they have nothing in common, except that they both made it in to Academy 7 by luck, and they also hold dangerous secrets that threaten their own destruction. Their safety depends on them staying apart, but they are drawn to each other. Even as unknown forces conspire to separate them. They turn into friends and later a romance. Now that their lives and hearts are at stake, they must unite. So that they can uncover the biggest secret imaginable... a secret bigger then the universe.

Aerin was interesting and very clever. She was also really strong, like she beaten Dane at wrestling on her first day. Dane was really fierce in a good way. He was also protective and nice to Aerin from the start. The plot was amazing! It was action packed with the perfect amount of romance. It was really original, and I hope Osterlund writes about this place again. It was amazing writing that was very descriptive. Osterlund make another great romantic mystery, that is awesome!
