Poetry

I have to keep a writing journal for English, this year. I decided to do mostly poems. This one is my favorie so far and untitled at the moment. I'll post one, once in a while. Tell me what you think.

The sun sparkles on my face...

In the early morning.

It makes me awake and it does that to pain, too.
Light can't take all evils away.

Hurt escapes my hip and

Moves to my back.
Dizziness comes,

Like my headaches used to.

Twisting and turning the world in circles.
I try to close my eyes and just dream.

That my life is back to what it was.

I see a lost future.

School

My english is like so easy. We have to read books from a list and do questions. It is so easy... I am on book 2 of 8 that I have to do.
I have to go to Children's, again tomorrow. I spent all day there today.

Stress...

School starts tommorrow and I am not ready. I can't sleep, again... which is not good.
I had an infusion today and my blood pressure was really low... so I might have to get infusion more often.
Ugh, I am on first reader program for Harper Colins, and my review was due on the 1st, but the site is down. I also have been freaking about the It group ran by Simon Pluse... because I haven't got a link for a review link... turns out they are skipping it this month.
I think I will go to bed soon.

Agh....

Summer is almost over. I don't want to go to school, yet.
I have Postional Vertigo, right now and I am in the weridest postion, trying to be undizzy.
So this summer, I went to Forks and met Stephenie Meyer...yay! I'll try to post pictures soon.
Well about Forks, it is amazing... and I want to live to on First Beach. The view is just so pretty and I love the cliffs and drift wood.
I am on book 258 for this year... so I am so pourd on myself.
I just read Nation by Terry Pratchett. It was very amazing and just a great book. It is about a boy that loses his family and everything by a wave. A girl lands on the island and they have to work through languge difference to bulid a Nation or a community.
I am reading Blind Faith by Ellen Wittlinger. I like it so far.

1. One whole and perfect day by Judith Clarke- This was a cute book... sort of hard to get in to.

2. Song of the Sparrow by Lisa Ann Sandell- About The Lady of the Shallot and her living in the camp with the Arthur's Round-table. It is very amazing and has alot of welsh folklore

3. The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards- About the life of twins. One is born with Down Syndrome, the father delivered them. He decides to send her away with the nurse. It is really good and I suck at explaining.

4. The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks by E. Lockhart- About Frankie that gets her dream boyfriend. She learns that he is in a secert organization. She decide to do something to prove her self. It is very funny and witty.

5. The Carlyles by Cecily Von Zeigesar- New gossip girl... enough said.

Operation TBD...

was today. It was so exciting. The party on http://groups.myspace.com/readergirlz was a lot of fun. 10, 000 books to sick teens in the 13 hospital in the US and Canada. It was worth over 175,000 and donated by 21 publishers. I am just smiling with joy, because at the same time Readgirlz/Readerguyz and author were dropping these books in public places. So many people were on the board and it was amazing.

Reading Since Last Blog:
Jinx by Meg Cabot was amazing. It is action and has some romance. I found it a bit predictable. Jean is moving to New York to escape her image and her past as "Jinx". She finds that is hard to do so.
Sweethearts by Sara Zarr was very awesome. Jennifer Harris or should I say Jenna Vaughn, is haunted by the disappearance of Cameron Quick(Her childhood best friend). She has changed her appearance and moved from her old life. Suddenly, he does and her life changes.
21 Proms Edited by David Levithan and Daniel Ehrenhaft (currently reading), so far cute and funny.

Alright...

I am starting a blog... other then my myspace one. I will try to keep it updated.
Today, I am going to the library and getting some books. My sister is starting Eclipse and then reading Harry Potter. My mom has finished Looking for Alaska(Finally).
I am reading Can't Get There From Here by Todd Strasser.
Tomorrow is Operation TBD. I am so excited. I was on the news today... 3 times on KONG 6/16 and King 5. Agh, it was nerve racking.
